Warranty & Returns Policy 

Returns Process
Please do not return purchases directly to the manufacturer.  

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a $20 restocking fee.  

For defective items, contact us immediately at returns@comfysleep.com.au or 1300 948 384 to arrange assessment and replacement.  

Items with hygienic seals (e.g., CPAP masks, cushions, filters, humidifier chambers, and mask parts) can only be returned if the seal remains unbroken, unless the item is defective.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:  
- Unused and unopened  
- In original packaging  
- In the same condition as received  

Initiate returns by emailing returns@comfysleep.com.au or calling 1300 948 384 before shipping items back. Returns not meeting these conditions will be refused due to infection control protocols for medical equipment.  

 

Shipping & Refunds  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable service, as refunds/exchanges cannot be processed if the item is not received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Refunds or replacements for faulty/damaged items require notification via phone or email, detailing the issue. Claims are subject to assessment by Comfy Sleep technicians and manufacturer warranty terms.  

Warranty Repairs  
Warranty repairs typically take 7–30 business days from the date items are physically received at our facility. Delays may occur, and Comfy Sleep is not liable for extended repair times.  

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the standard banking processing period.  

Warranty Coverage  

Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty  
Products purchased from Comfy Sleep are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to their terms. We facilitate warranty claims, but customers bear all shipping costs.  

Standard Warranty Periods
- CPAP/APAP/BiPAP Devices : 5 years  
- Masks & Consumables (cushions, frames, headgear, clips, etc.) : 90 days  
- Standard/Heated Tubing : 90 days  

Warranty Exclusions 
- Damage from misuse, abuse, modification, or water exposure  
- Unauthorized third-party repairs  
- Smoke or gas exposure (e.g., cigarette smoke, ozone)  
- Products resold outside the original purchase  

Note : The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.  

Non-Faulty Returns
Refunds/exchanges for non-defective items are discretionary and require pre-approval. Contact info@comfysleep.com.au before returning. Opened hygiene-sealed items (e.g., masks) cannot be accepted. Credits are issued only after inspection confirms the item is in resalable condition.
